Aston Martin GT4 Challenge Returns After Summer Break

19th August 2010

The AMR run GT4 Challenge of Great Britain reurns to action this weekend after the summer break. The venue is the daunting, technical and fast Oulton Park International circuit in Cheshire often dubbed the Nurburgring of the north.

Peter last raced the MCD backed Aston N24 to a race win here two years ago. This will be the N24’s third different championship event at Oulton having previously run in the opening round of British GT Championship here in 2008.

A strong 15car field including AML works test driver Chris Porritt are entered for the 90min, two-driver enduro on Saturday at 1330hrs.

Peter and regular co-driver Steven Byrne are running with Vantage Racing for the last two rounds of the 2010 season. Vantage racing is owned by team driver Tom Black with legendary Le Mans guru Hugh Chamberlain as Team Principal.
